Rania Elsherif is a full-time REALTOR® based in Alpharetta, Georgia, serving buyers, sellers, and relocating clients in Alpharetta and the North Fulton area. Recently relocated from New Hampshire herself, Rania brings more than a decade of real estate experience, along with 20 years of professional marketing and advertising expertise, to her new home market.

Before making the move to Georgia, Rania built a successful real estate career in New Hampshire, completing more than 150 transactions and over $64 million in career sales. Her business was built largely on relationships, trust, and repeat clients—including clients who returned to work with her through multiple moves over the years.

Rania’s background in marketing and advertising gives her a distinctive perspective on real estate. She approaches each transaction with an eye toward strategy, presentation, positioning, and communication, whether she is helping a homeowner prepare a property for market, guiding a buyer through an important purchase, or helping a client coordinate a move from another state.

Relocation has become especially meaningful to Rania because she has recently experienced it herself. After moving from New Hampshire to the Alpharetta area with her husband and two dogs, she understands firsthand the questions and decisions that come with leaving a familiar community, learning a new area, and creating a sense of home somewhere new.

Today, Rania is focused on putting down roots in Alpharetta and building strong relationships throughout North Fulton while bringing the experience of an established real estate career to the clients she serves in Georgia.

Outside of real estate, Rania enjoys cycling, hiking, and pickleball. She is also the proud mother of two adult children—one working in biotech and the other in farming, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
